Derixy is marketed only as a food supplement. Return reasons unrelated to defective goods (for example dissatisfaction with personal wellness expectations) remain subject to hygiene sealing requirements and cannot override food-safety rules.

EU consumers may withdraw from an online purchase within fourteen days of receiving physical goods unless a hygiene exception applies. Sealed Derixy bottles in resaleable condition may be returned; opened bottles are not accepted for restocking due to safety regulations.

Refunds
Approved refunds use the original payment path unless technically impossible, in which case we propose a documented alternative. Delivery fees are refunded when the entire order is rejected under the statutory withdrawal right; partial returns may adjust shipping allocations fairly.

Non-returnable situations
